I doubt she knew about it beforehand. Her lawyers sure are trying to hide these pictures. It took me maybe ten minutes to find a site that had full side boob non-pixelated.
However, if anonymous was saying that this was preventable, he is absolutely right. But lindsey isn't known for her fondness of wearing underwear. Speaking of which:
